SVP was not designed for or tested on WP Multi-Site, however, we have a couple of people who have it working on multi-site... apparently, here is the secret:
"You have to enable it site by site from what I can see. When you network activate SVP, it breaks the network admin area and the only way back in is to rename the plugins folder temporarily via ftp or file manager... then rename it back."
Sorry, but we cannot support WP MS any further than that.
