If your embed code is not working then make sure that you have installed latest version.

Once you have the latest version of the EyeBall Glue file to download. training video links are there on the same page on right hand side.
Kindly go through the following settings.
After each settings, try and check if the video starts working or not:
1. Login into your wordpress admin panel and go to "EyeBallGlue==> Settings". Under your licensing details, click on "Save/Update Settings" button twice.
2. If it is a wordpress site (either yours or a Client site), check permalink settings. It should be other than default. (i.e. it should NOT be set to Default)
3. If there is NO Optin code entered, then make sure that you have disabled it. ELSE If you are using an Optin code, then try to deactivate it and check if the video is working. If it works, then the code may not be compatible with EyeBall Glue.
4. If the client site has jQuery and swfobject.js then check those boxes under your embed code and send the newly generated Embed code to the client.
In case your issue is not resolved, kindly send us the following details:
1. URL of your site where EyeBall Glue is installed.
2. URL of Client's site where video is not displaying.
3. Embed code.
4. Video Source URL.
5. Screenshots of your EyeBall Glue settings.
