ANSWER: Yes.
Does SSL require a unique IP address?
ANSWER: If the server is using IPv6 then a separate IP is not required - earlier versions of IP Protocol require separate IP addresses.
Will I need a separate hosting plan for each SSL?
ANSWER: It depends on your web host.
Since I have shared hosting and have addon domains, will the SSL work for the addon domains too?
ANSWER: Probably not... but don't rush out and spend a ton of cash -- I suggest you try your most important domain first and test this stuff.... this is based on Google's latest statements, but that is never a guarantee.
Will SSL be valid for sub-domains? sub.domain.com
ANSWER: Generally, No. Unless you get a wild-card SSL which is much more expensive.
I have SVP on a domain that does NOT have SSL, can I use it for my SSL domains?
ANSWER: It is best to have SVP on your main SSL domain -- because otherwise, your SSL sites will get a mixed content warning.
Should I have my SVP site SSL’d to be safe?
ANSWER: That is what I suggest.
Will the “secure” icon be broken on my SSL site if something, a pic, video or java script, be pulled from a non SSL site?
ANSWER: Yes - you need to check the source attributes for all images, style sheets, javascript and video embeds to be sure they use https.
